Some people bealive you need apprenticeship to become professional Body Piercer. We designed our courses so we can prepare you to start working asap after completing the course.

What will you know after the course:

- You will be confident to perform piercings in safe and fast way.

- You will know how to set up your work space.

- We will discuss suppliers of jewellery and other equipment.

- You will learn how to properly sterilize jewellery and equipment.

- We will teach you how to prepare documentation of sterilization process.

- You will know all the health license requirements.

- We will discuss process of acquiring the license.

- You will be familiar with tools and jewellery necessary to perform all the piercings.

- You will know how to perform all above the waist piercings including: all ear, lip piercings, tongue, cheek, septum, nose, eyebrow, nipple, navel and surface piercings.

- You will know how to perform microdermal piercings and safely remove them.

Training course takes 3 days of intensive work.

Day one we cover all rules and regulations, licensing, insurance policies, cross-contamination, proper methods of cleaning equipment using ultrasonic baths, sterilization using vacuum autoclaves, proper storage of sterilized equipment, preparing documentation of sterilization process, we discuss all contraindications to body piercing, we go through medical forms and aftercare, we discuss all the risks associated with body piercing, awareness of blood born pathogens and techniques to prevent cross-contamination, we discuss possible problems during and after healing like migration and rejection, allergic reactions, infections, we discuss emergency situations like fainting, bleeding and how to deal with them, differences in what regular first aid is teaching us and how we deal in emergency situation in our work.

Day two we go through equipment and jewellery. You will practice basic piercing techniques. Than we discuss proper marking, equipment, anatomy of pierced place and safe execution of every piercing.

Day three you will pierce models under supervision to put your theoretical knowledge in to work and learn that if you follow correct body piercing procedures all piercings can be done fast and safe for both you and customer. On the end you need to pass theoretical test to prove your knowledge. Both passing the theoretical test and completing practical part grants certificate of completing the course in above the waist body piercing including dermal piercing.

You don’t need to note anything during the course. You will receive specially prepared materials which will include all the knowledge from theoretical lectures and more so you could concentrate your attention fully during the course.

Cost:

Cost is £650. Booking deposit of £150 is required to secure the spot rest £500 paid in first day of course.

Deposits can by wired via PayPal or bank transfer.

Deposit can be moved to different date or refunded up to 7 days prior start of the course after that period deposit is notrefundable.
